Kyle Gehring and Matt Stockalper, filmmakers and co-founders of Arpi-revo, have announced a featured length comedy titled, “420 Dollars” in the Spring of 2015. The movie was announced on 4/20 of this year – and let me guess: could it be released next 4/20?
According to Kyle and his most recent blog post, Arpi-Revo has been scouting clubs for months and are currently in negotiations with some really talented comic leads.
Here is the premise for the film straight from the filmmakers website:
“Four friends find the last-known copy of a bizarre, forgotten film, but at a staggering price. To make matters worse, the movie’s vengeful director is determined on destroying every print. Low on cash and high on hope, they plan to raise the funds by selling their personal crop of ultra-potent cannabis. The group faces set-backs, unusual customers, and the wraith of a local drug dealer as they raise “FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS.”
I will defiantly be looking forward to this one. Especially since I have given up on waiting for the presumed sequel to “Beerfest” – thought to be known as Potfest.

But wait! there’s more… Just recently, Kyle thought he would make someone a little less fortunate – a little more fortunate and brighten up his day.
While walking around downtown Seattle, he saw a panhandling man holding a sign asking for money to buy weed. Instead of donating just the cash for the man to score some bud, Kyle wrapped a joint he was legally carrying inside a dollar bill and gave it to the man. Watch:
Imagine how the panhandling man must of felt. Not only did he get the means to buy some weed, he actually got some weed. Not that Kyle is keeping track, but talk about instant karma points!
