Primco Management, a Seattle based public company that trades as an OTC, continues to add to its medical marijuana portfolio with the intended purchase of the Seattle Green Care delivery service. Just late last month, Primco finalized the sale of of the Suzy Q’s medical marijuana dispensary which has roughly 1500 patients on record. Combined with the medical marijuana delivery service, they should have about 1700 active patients.
