We did notice an answer to one of the questions that we believe is incorrect. The question and answer is:

Question: Will I be able to use online advertising options like Google AdWords or advertising links within websites to promote my marijuana business?

Answer: Yes.

According to Google Adwords policy:Google AdWords doesn’t allow the promotion of illegal drugs, legal or synthetic highs, herbal drugs, chemicals and compounds with psychoactive effects, drug paraphernalia, or aids to pass drug tests. Our policy on drugs covers products that are illegal, as well as some products that may be legal in some countries.”

Even though marijuana is no longer an illegal drug under Washington State law, Google must be aware of other jurisdictions such as Federal law.

But besides this, check out the FAQ’s and brush up on what you can and can’t do in local cannabis land! It’s ALL right here!
