Eye Candy: spectacular marijuana designs from 3 local companies Seattle recreational marijuana source

What’s better than walking into a local recreational marijuana store and buying your favorite cannabis product? When you walk into the store to buy your favorite cannabis product, and that said product is beautifully packaged, or accompanied by great design, to enhance the experience. We call it icing on the cake, or simply: eye candy.

Don’t be fooled, though. This beauty is not just skin deep. Here are 3 marijuana designs to admire:

Phat Panda

We met Phat Panda in front of their booth at the Green-theory VIP event last month. Cool cats they were, but the packaging designs surrounding the flower were a flurry of bright, colorful, and in your face.

We especially like the marijuana designs for Dream Beaver and Lemon Skunk.

Vashon Velvet

We just wrote about this all women-owned (mother and daughter) cannabis grower across the Puget Sound, but if you have seen the packaging for their cannabis, you know why we are mentioning them again. Clean, a touch of elegance, and proper for the region we live in. Got to love the nice touch with the white metal container (above).

The Goodship Company

We swear, we are going to stop talking about this company. Seriously. Someday. But, Jody Hall and The Goodship Co. keep on doing everything right. We featured their tasty cookies in a recent marijuana edible review, and even highlighted their branding and package design before, but now they have screen-printed posters on wood by local Seattle artist Kyler Martz? What’s next? The Goodship Company amusement park? We hope so.
