Throughout the year we will nominate recreational marijuana stores for the High Above Seattle Best Dispensary in Seattle Award and at the end of the year we will select a winner. Criteria for the award will be based on but not limited to:
1. Quality of cannabis strains: Customer feedback based on, not just one, but the overall quality of cannabis strains.
2. Customer service: Feedback based on the overall quality of service from the dispensary.
3. Involvement in the local community: How active the dispensary is in the community, donating to charities, etc.
If you have a favorite recreational marijuana shop located in Seattle, feel free to contact us know why they are one of the best recreational dispensaries in Seattle. Nominations for this award can include physical locations and cannabis delivery services.
Be sure to check back after July when Washington State opens its’ doors to the cannabis industry and at the end of the year when we announce the first award.
Nominations So Far This Year
Winterlife Coop (Delivery Service) – The recreational marijuana industry in Seattle has not even begun yet but that will not keep us from given out our first nomination for the year. Despite operating in the grey area, this cannabis delivery service has garnered tons of publicity from media power houses such as Time Magazine, Huffington Post as well as local media ie., The Stranger, Seattle Times. Great customer service and experience, fine cannabis strains, and helping out tiny critters along the way by donating a portion of their proceeds to the South Sound Critter Care. Way to go Winterlife and keep on truckin’!
